GLA offer a “hands on” block management service utilising “local contractors” aiming to give our clients the best possible service.

We are aware of the frustrations that Leaseholders and Freeholders suffer at the hands of larger companies with no transparency of where their money is spent and poor communication.

• Instruct the relevant Health and Safety and Fire risk assessments and carry out works to ensure compliance.
• Manage the internal cleaning of the block and gardens where relevant.
• Deal with leaseholders enquiries for sale / change of ownership.

• Schedule internal and external decorations.
• Monthly block inspections.
• Before instruction we will meet with the block directors on site to understand the vision for the building with the aim of enhancing our clients assets.
